    Trubella is a market leader in providing body care products that are affordable and high in quality. This is definitely a USP because our products are animal cruelty free, at a decent price that almost all consumer groups can afford, and it also consists of the best of raw materials to provide the most decadent fragrances. We sell a variety of body washes, body creams, and sprays, all of which are specially scented for every sort of customer. Our products are known for the numerous variations in scents, some that remain in the original collection and some that are seasonal. The customers we aim to sell our products to are those who are looking for products apart from the quintessential body care you can easily get for a low price at any grocery store and are willing to pay a little more than the standard price to get something of higher quality. The website has been designed with simple navigation features and colorful pages to attract our target audience.

Target Customers

    Our aim is to provide for families who like to delve into body care away from the norm. Everyone likes to be taken care of or at least feel it, so why not start with the luxury of your self care. All soaps clean your body, but can all soaps have a lasting smell to keep your smelling your best throughout the day? Ours can. Body creams and lotions that promise to soften skin are also readily available in the market, but not all can keep you smelling fresh all day. Ours can. Even mists and sprays, they are basically water that’s scented and lasts for a few seconds then goes away. Ours doesn’t. Our customers look for more than just the basic essentials, they want to feel and smell their best too.

User experience

    First off, both the logo and name of the website are linked to the home page for easy access to return back from any page. Sometimes it can be confusing which one can take you back, but here it is made easy by linking both, making it simple for the user. Under the name of the website/business is a short description of what this business is, in the case that the user is not aware of the company, he/she is readily made known as soon as he opens the site. The home page consists of pictures and buttons that directs the user to any of the 5 different collections we have, making it easy to navigate through the website.

    The shop pages are divided by the general shop page with all products on one page, as well as separate pages for each collection in the case that the user knows what they want and can go straight to it. The about us page is a brief introduction into the mission and vision of the company and also provides testimonials to provide further assurance to the new users/customers of the validity of our business. We’ve also added a very important section to make sure our users know that our products and packaging are produced cruelty-free. The contact page is quite simple and straightforward in directing the user to the right means of contacting us. Leaving the customer with the satisfaction of great products from a great website.
